Shipping
Options, information and delivery timing

At G-silver.com we commit ourselves to deliver the available articles in 10-12 days from the day the order is sent. 
You can choose from the following shipping options:
• By post (For France only - collissimo), the goods will be delivered in 48 hours to 4 days depending on destination . A tracking number is available. In case the postman doesn't find anyone at the delivery address, the parcel will be taken back at the nearest post office ready for dispatch.
• By express courier, the goods will be delivered in 24/48 hours depending on destination. A tracking number is available on the sender’s website.

How much does a shipment cost?

The shipment costs are automatically calculated by the website on the basis of the destination address and the value/weight of the shipment.
Just enter the Country, Region/state and ZIP/Postal code in the shopping cart page and the cost will appear.
No additional charges are debited by G-silver.com for the shipment; charges are exactly the same as the ones debited by the sender.

How does the wire transfer payment work?

G-silver will keep the order booked until receiving a wire transfer paying-in slip. The document must be sent by e-mail at info@g-silver.com no later than 10 working days from the order date. Otherwise the order will automatically be cancelled. G-silver will ship the goods once the amount is credited at the following bank account:

How does Paypal works?

You just need a PayPal account and choose the option PayPal at the moment of the payment. You will conclude the order process directly from your Paypal account.
You will be debited in the same currency of the account with an additional cost of 1.5% of the total amount of the order.

If you don't have a Paypal account yet, you will be able to activate one during the payment process.

Credit card?

During the on-line transaction, all the financial data (credit card number, expiration date, ext...) will be automatically forwarded, through an encrypted protocol, to the bank. 
G-silver.com uses a BNP Paribas credit card payment platform and accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

I have not received my order confirmation yet, has the order been registered correctly?

Once the order is registered, G-silver sends an order confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail yet, this could be due to one of the following reasons: the address has not been updated, a spelling mistake, the e-mail went in the unwanted e-mail folder stopped as a spam.

Products discounts can be applied differently because your purchase is made of different articles. Not all products have the same discount.
This website will automatically price your order(s) following the standard discounts schedule listed here below:

One of the items is faulty, what can I do?

You can return a faulty item for replacement only after having contacted our Customer Service.

Please return the product by post using a registered letter. Don't send it using a common letter (without receipt). You must keep the receipt with you until the change or the refund is done.

Are the products sold on G-Silver.com marked?

Yes, all the finished products have the factory mark which is mandatory for the retailers. The items are also marked 925 as warranty for the metal properties.

Is the sterling silver pure?

All the products sold on G-Silver.com are warranted by the factory as «925/1000 Sterling Silver Jewels». In order to model sterling silver the producer has to create an alloy with other metals. The minimum quantity of sterling silver in the alloy has to be 925/1000.

Is there a warranty for G-silver.com sterling silver quality?

G-silver conforms to the European quality standards respecting the directive n.92/27 which limits the nickel quantity in manufacturing silver items. G-Silver sterling silver is warranted by “925 Italy” mark.

What is anti-tarnishing?

Anti-tarnish coating is a plating process that puts a barrier on silver to extend the products shelf life. The coating is non-toxic and hypoallergenic. This process is intended to help the merchant keep the silver jewellery clean longer and is not intended for the consumer. While the coating will extend shelf life (2 to 3 times as long), it does not guarantee that the silver will not eventually tarnish.

How is it possible to avoid the oxidization of silver items?

Normally air oxidized the silver changing its colours with yellow, blue or black hues.
It must be frequently polished with a soft cloth.
Spotted silver can be cleaned with dedicated products or with a soft cloth misted with water and bicarbonate.
